Can the world’s poor text their way out of poverty?

This isn’t news to the Mobile Money community, what’s interesting is that it’s in the FT and that it’s of interest to HP which is firmly in the high end smartphone space. They don’t have anything like the Nokia C3-00 which is aimed at the mass market data user.
