Chile’s 4G spectrum tender has attracted interest from 12 operators, according to data provided to the Estrategia newpaper by the country’s telecom’s regulator Subtel. Telecompaper reports that the government is auctioning three 20Mhz spectrum blocks from the 2.6Ghz frequency band, with the allocations expected to be completed in July.
