US-based app marketing company iGiveaway is expanding its services to help iOS app developers boost the uptake and revenue for their products.

The company claims to have pushed client apps into the App Store Top 200 downloads through marketing packages – which start at US$299 – that include Twitter and Facebook promotion.

iGiveaway has seven iPhone-related Twitter accounts with a total of 4 million followers, meaning that every tweet on these Twitter feeds leads to between 1,000 and 5,000 retweets.

The company also partners with various review websites meaning it can guarantee reviews on these publications and has similar deals with iTunes and YouTube reviewers.

As well as actively promoting customer apps, iGiveaway can help develop branding, produce press releases and iTunes descriptions for the apps and provide consulting services to developers to help plan their marketing activity.
