Gameloft founders may up stake to keep Vivendi out

Gameloft founding Guillemot family could further up its stake in the games publisher to curb Vivendi’s growing influence and prevent a takeover, for which it has made an offer on two occasions, CEO Michel Guillemot told Le Monde.
