Telecoms and IT companies need to work together on overcoming some of the “bizarre limitations” to the usage of cloud services, according to Drew Houston, the founder and CEO of file-storage company Dropbox. “There are all these different companies doing all these different things and it’s all emerging chaotically and haphazardly and not really centrally designed,” he said during his keynote session at Mobile World Congress.
