Mexican mobile operator Iusacell has filed for bankruptcy and is seeking a restructuring plan with its creditors. This is the second time in four years it has had to go through the same process. A judge is expected to rule on whether the bankruptcy can go ahead next week. The operator started to renegotiate its foreign-currency debts in 2009 and pulled its shares from the Mexico’s stock market in 2010.
