ZTE announced a deal to supply WCDMA infrastructure equipment to VIBO Telecom, which it describes as a “pure 3G WCDMA operator in Taiwan.” The Chinese company will supply more than 3,500 base stations over a one-year period, to replace VIBO’s existing network in the territory.
