Russian WiMax operator Scartel, working under the Yota brand, has signed a peace agreement with the telecommunications regulator Roskomnadzor, reports Telecompaper. Yota earlier filed a court appeal against the decision by Roskomnadzor to annul its licences for 2.5-2.7 GHz band frequencies. Yota plans to use the frequencies for LTE services.
