Italian operator Wind is set to consider integrating with other smaller operators in the country, but talks have yet to begin, the Wall Street Journal reports. Citing comments from Wind shareholder Naguib Sawiris, it was suggested the company could combine with 3 Italia, internet service provider Tiscali, or fibre optic network operator Fastweb.
