Cellular News reports that European MVNO Vectone Mobile is partnering with T-Mobile UK to extend its services to the UK market with the launch of a low-cost prepay service. Vectone Mobile is a pan-European mobile brand with a customer base of more than 1 million in five countries: Denmark, Norway, Austria, the Netherlands and Switzerland.
