Thai operator TOT could ask for THB75 billion (US$2.25 billion) in compensation from its rival AIS, which paid less than originally agreed for a mobile phone concession, according to a member of a government panel. AIS might also be forced to go back to paying 30 percent of its pre-paid revenue to TOT as set out in the original concession agreement between the two companies, said the panel member. AIS currently pays 20 percent.
