TheStreet.com notes that  Europe’s biggest chipmaker STMicroelectronics expects fourth-quarter revenue to decline below previous forecasts because of a slowdown in billings and demand. The company said it now expects revenue of between roughly US$2.2 – US$2.35 billion, compared with US$2.7 billion in the prior quarter.
