TeliaSonera is holding talks with UK-based private equity company Doughty Hanson to sell part of its stake in its Spanish mobile network subsidiary Yoigo, writes Expansion. TeliaSonera currently holds a 76.6 percent stake in Yoigo, while Spanish group ACS holds 17 percent, followed by FCC with 3.4 percent and Telvent with a stake of 3 percent. TeliaSonera reportedly plans to lower its stake to less than 50 percent.
