The Financial Times said that France Telecom has increased its ownership of Egyptian operator Mobinil to 93.9 percent, following a previously-announced bid. The report said that a 5 percent economic stake will be owned by Orascom Telecom Media and Technology, with 1 percent in free float – although the French company has previously said that up to 15 percent will be held by Egyptian investors.
