Canadian mobile startup Public Mobile has asked the Federal Court to overturn a cabinet decision that allowed Globalive Wireless Management to launch Wind Mobile with foreign financial backing in December, the Globe and Mail reports. Public Mobile said it is not seeking to shut down Wind Mobile but get legal clarity on telecom foreign ownership rules.
