A patent case filed by US technology company InterDigital against Nokia has been revived by the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, reports Reuters. The court found that the US International Trade Commission (ITC) was incorrect in how it defined critical terms in the two wireless technology patents that were first contested in 2007. The ITC is now required to reconsider the case.
