The Wall Steet Journal reports that India’s MTNL has sought bids to manage key equipment at its mobile services towers in capital New Delhi and adjoining towns of Noida, Gurgaon and Faridabad. The state-run company estimates the value of the contract for managing the base transceiver stations to be about INR15.18 million (US$328,571).
