Money and the Internet – Will MMoney be able to penetrate as another checkout option ?

There are many electronic payments systems that are accepted on the internet from the tradional card based portals – Visa, Mastercard etc, to intermediary services – Paypal, NoChex, Amazon, Google Checkout

Will there be room for Mobile Money solutions as a checkout options ? and will there be consolidation in the market that will drive to an accepted standard ?
