LG will publicly unveil the Optimus 3D Max at Mobile World Congress next week, the firm has revealed. An upgrade on the vendor’s first 3D mobile launched a year ago, the Optimus 3D Max claims to offer “a complete 3D entertainment platform and marks a big leap forward in the ever-expanding 3D ecosystem.” The device will launch in LG’s home market of South Korea next month and will gradually roll-out in other markets starting in Europe. It will receive an upgrade to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich from Android 2.3 Gingerbread shortly after the launch.
