Dutch operator KPN reported first-quarter revenues of EUR3.40 billion, down 4.9 percent from a year earlier, reports Telecompaper. EBITDA was flat year-on-year at EUR1.23 billion, while net profit dipped to EUR317 million from EUR334 million a year ago. KPN said it had seen little impact on consumer markets from the economic recession, but business markets were showing a clear slowdown. The operator left its EBITDA, cash flow and dividend targets for 2010 unchanged, but scaled back the revenues goal.
