Telecoms revenue in China reached CNY1.4 trillion (US$205 billion) in the first seven months of the year, a 12.2 percent rise over last year, the country’s Ministry for Industry and Information Technology said, reports Reuters. As a percentage of total revenue for the sector, the country’s mobile sector contributed 59.4 percent, up 4.46 percent from last year.
