Thai publication The Nation reports that the country’s National Anti Corruption Commission is investigating the management of CAT Telecom, following a wide-ranging deal the company inked with partner TrueMove earlier this year. Rival operator DTAC recently filed a complaint about the alliance, stating that the agreements were “anti-competitive, unlawful and discriminatory.”
