Zambia’s Lusaka Stock Exchange (LuSE ) has again rejected a request by Bharti Airtel to force its minority shareholders to sell their shares to the company so that it can remove itself from the stock exchange, reports Cellular News. The LuSE said that the company had still not followed its procedures for a delisting. This is the third time that the Exchange had refused a delisting request from Bharti, which acquired the Zambian network following its purchase of Zain’s African mobile business last year.
