The US Federal Communications Commission has approved AT&T’s plan to give T-Mobile USA a chunk of its spectrum as part of an agreement following the failure of the proposed US$39 billion merger between the two operators, reports Reuters. AT&T has also given T-Mobile parent company Deutsche Telekom US$3 billion as part of the break-up agreement.
