The Financial Times reports that Turkey’s government could launch a second public offering this year to sell part of its remaining 30 percent stake in Turk Telekom. The listing in May 2008 of a 15 per cent stake in Türk Telekom, which is controlled by Dubai-based Oger Telecom, was the last big flotation before Turkish markets succumbed to the global crisis.
