Ukrainian operators Kyivstar and MTS Ukraine are discussing the possibility of co-developing 3G services across the country, reports Russian business daily Vedomosti. The collaboration could include the joint acquisition of the mobile subsidiary of national operator Ukrtelecom, Trimob, which holds the only 3G licence in the Ukraine.
