App monetisation company Tapjoy has partnered with Kontagent, a provider of enterprise user analytics for mobile developers and marketers, to develop new products and services.

The partnership is aimed at giving users of Tapjoy's app promotion and advertising services a better insight into how they can get the most out of user acquisition campaigns and maximise monetisation efforts.

Kontagent will benefit from the tie-up by strengthening its foothold in the mobile app segment, which it first established with its kSuite Mobile Analytics technology.

Tapjoy CEO Mihir Shah said it’s becoming more difficult to monetise users as the mobile economy becomes more competitive, and that partnership with Kontagent will allow Tapjoy to provide more services that can improve user acquisition, retention and monetisation.

Details of the new services that the partnership will produce will be announced in the “coming weeks”.
