German online games developer Playa Games has launched its first smartphone game, an Android version of its Shakes & Fidget fantasy title. It is free to download, and has been optimised for Android-powered tablets. Existing players can use the same login they use for the browser-based version of the game. The company plans to launch an iOS version of the game as well as mobile versions of its other apps such as SoccerStar and Bloodmoon. "This app is the first step of our mobile platforms strategy", Playa Games CEO Hannes Beuck said.
