Enterprise apps company Exicon is partnering with analytics firms Localytics and Priori Data to improve its AppBoard management platform.

According to Exicon’s CEO, Stefan Rust, the new deals will allow it to offer customers the ability to gain “powerful insights into how their apps are performing, and those of their competition.” This will enable them “to focus the right resources to the right users at the right time, with the right product”.

In a statement, the company said that AppBoard is “rapidly evolving to provide a premier app portfolio management system for organisations struggling to build, manage and promote apps in order to accelerate scale”.

The partnerships come as the number of internal B2B and B2E apps grow at rates four to five times that of consumer apps, Exicon said. Companies are looking for tools to help them with the key steps of managing an app while delivering cost savings and levels of efficiency previously unavailable.

Exicon has more than 2,000 customers for the AppBoard platform, including small businesses and large enterprises, with its biggest customer managing nearly 400 mobile apps using the technology.
