eBay is on track to achieve US$5 billion m-commerce sales by the end of the year, driven by more than 56 million downloads of its mobile app, reports Fierce MobileContent. Speaking at the Open Mobile Summit, eBay CEO John Donahoe said eBay-owned payments company PayPal will process more than US$3.5 million in mobile transactions this year. The eBay app is available for Android, iOS, Windows Phone and BlackBerry devices.
