Indian mobile internet player Mauj Mobile announced a deal to distribute games from Digital Chocolate in the country, with the intention of offering apps “through mobile operators as premium content to mobile users.”

Mauj Mobile is to offer “over 100” titles from the social and mobile gaming player, including titles such as Tower Bloxx, Zombie Lane, Army Attack, and Millionaire City. It will also offer the content via its Mobango app store, “which has a major presence in India, the US, the UK and South Asia.”

Badri Sanjeevi, CEO of Mauj Mobile, said, “In the Indian VAS space, mobile gaming and application downloads is the fastest growing segment. We are very excited about partnering with Digital Chocolate as Mauj Mobile sees this as a huge opportunity to help premium publishers such as Digital Chocolate monetise their premium games in India, while providing great value to mobile consumers. ”

Mauj Mobile has more than 7 million registered users of the Mobango store, offering more than 1.5 million pieces of content, optimised for more than 2,000 handsets.
