Mobile social gaming company DeNA announced a number of new supporters for its Mobage platform, which it said offers “a unique opportunity to reach millions of mobile game players throughout the world”.

Its new developer partners include BigHut, Cobalt Play Games, GameCloud, Electrified Games, Joywinds, Kyy Games, Massive Damage, Oh BiBi socialtainment, Runaway Play, and XMG Studio.

“As a global mobile games platform leader, our dedication to building long-term partnerships has enabled us to work with some of the most esteemed developers worldwide to deliver engaging, top grossing games like Rage of Bahamut”, said Barry Dorf, senior director of third party at DeNA’s US subsidiary ngmoco.

Building on its base in Japan, DeNA is rolling out Mobage internationally, through the ngmoco unit.

The company recently reshuffled its management, as its “Western business moves from its platform building and global integration phase to awareness building, publishing and operating a robust portfolio of games that entertain the world”.

DeNA said it has built a catalogue of 77 games for its international efforts, with titles such as Cygames’ Rage of Bahamut having appeared in the top grossing charts for both Google Play and Apple’s App Store.
