Social games company DeNA said it had brought more third-party developers to its Mobage network, enabling it to add new games to its roster.

Barry Dorf, senior director of third-party relations for DeNA, said: “We set out last year to find the best developers that align with our vision for gaming, and we’re excited to bring these new games and those following soon to the Mobage platform.”

New developer partners are Machineworks Northwest (which “created the popular 3D Hunting deer hunting franchise, designed the critically acclaimed Prey and Duke Nukem line of mobile games, and developed the best-selling mobile versions of Guitar Hero Mobile 3 and 4”); Grab Games, which has developed titles that have been played more than five billion times; 4PLAT, a South Korean smartphone games company which has reached the number one spot in international markets; and Oktagon Games, a Brazil-based developer targeting “mid-core and casual” gamers.

New games added to the Mobage portfolio are 777 Slots from Grab Games, available for Android and “coming soon” to iOS; and Viral Collapse from Oktagon Games, which “levels up the traditional match-three genre with fast paced, dynamic and one-of-a-kind gameplay”, and is available for iOS and Android.
