App distribution company Chartboost and mobile games developer TinyCo announced an effort to “accelerate growth and deliver increased revenue opportunities to game developers on Amazon’s Kindle Fire platform”.

TinyCo is offering developers US$2.50 per installation of its apps driven by Chartboost-powered interstitial ad in the US and the UK, and US$2 per install in other countries. It will also provide “additional incentives” to publishers who generate 20,000 installs or more.

The companies said that based on average conversion rates for the Chartboost platform, developers can potentially generate eCPMs of US$16 to US$21.

Apparently, TinyCo has “experienced first-hand the potential of the platform”, with greater average revenue per user for its Tiny Village game on Kindle Fire than Apple’s iPad. It plans to launch three more titles for Kindle Fire in the next quarter.

TinyCo and Chartboost announced a similar deal for iOS last November.
