RIM will release the Gold version of its BlackBerry 10 SDKs on 11 December to allow developers to complete final testing and make any necessary tweaks before submitting their apps.
All apps that have been run through the Gold SDKs will work on the commercial release of BlackBerry 10 when it becomes available.
RIM will also release a beta update for BlackBerry 10 which will include bug fixes and updates to the BlackBerry WebWorks HTML5 tools to offer more functionality for web developers, bringing them closer to the native tools.
