US-based distribution network Appstore.com launched a developer dashboard, a white-label publisher app store product and HTML5 mobile ad units for mobile publishers.

The dashboard allows developers to track their app in terms of views, clicks and installs on the Appstores distribution network. Once signed-up, developers will receive email notifications when a publisher adds their title to an app store and will soon be able to launch paid advertising campaigns on the network.

The white-label publisher app store can be used by publishers to create their own niche portals. They can choose from more than 1 million iOS, Android and HTML5-based titles, and add them to the customisable platform.

The HTML5 mobile ad units can be added by publishers to mobile websites to show ads that are relevant to what users are looking at. The ads allow consumers to see screenshots, reviews and ratings before they leave the site they are on.

“We believe the future of app distribution for developers and app discoverability for consumers lies in these tools – in highly curated experiences across vertical and niche-specific content on the web,” an Appstores.com blog post said.
