An investment fund set up by California-based mobile technology company VezTek USA is accepting submissions for mobile games and apps.

The App Fund was founded two years ago to help mobile app inventors and investors bring their ideas to market.

The fund invests in apps that fall into gaming, entertainment, social networking, locations bases services, advertising, communications, commerce, education, healthcare and B2B categories.

VezTek invests up to 50 per cent into the equity of apps that have the potential to become top 25 grossing titles.

The company also provides expertise in monetisation, user retention, marketing, pre- and post-launch operations, growth efforts.

“The App Fund was created to bridge the gap between the exceptional mobile app ideas and the substantial financial resources required to bring these ideas to the app stores,” said VezTek USA managing director Sani Abdul-Jabbar.
